Dr. Alexander Blinski, known to many as “Dr. B,” has been practicing cosmetic medicine since 2011; previously, he trained in plastic surgery with his father (Darryl J. Blinski M.D.) and surgical/primary care through his residency. Dr. B educates and oversees the Plump team.

Richelle is a seasoned operations & partnerships executive. After attending Rutgers University, she started at the Ian Schrager Company where she assisted in the acquisition of Morgans Hotel Group, earning her account executive of the year in 2016. Prior to Plump, she specialized in expansion for popular wellness companies, such as HigherDOSE.

Christina has lived in New York for over 20 years and works with national brands like Chesterfield. She has designed and decorated numerous bars, restaurants, and lounges across New York, including Honey Brains, Rain’s Law Room, Dear Irving and more.

Pamela is a Physician Assistant based in Miami. She has been in practice for 7 years, and has a background in Interventional Radiology, General Surgery, and Cosmetic Dermatology. She is also a Clinical Professor for LIU. She has found her love for beauty and aesthetics here at Plump.
Becky was one of the first to join Plump 5 years ago.
Trained as a nurse practitioner, Becky found her way to cosmetics after she started seeing the impact the treatments had on her skin. Becky specializes in full face rejuvenation.
Beautiful and confident is how Amber wants each of her patients to feel. Amber is certified in injectables by the AAAMS and has a keen eye for creating a natural aesthetic with filler, Botox, and skin care.
Alyssa joined the Plump team after spending years in the ER. She approaches injectables with the objective of highlighting natural beauty and uplifting her clients.
Claire is a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner. She is a Columbia University graduate and holds an assistant faculty appointment at the School of Nursing. She has expertise in neurovascular anatomy and has 7 years of experience working in neurointerventional radiology. She also has clinical interests in cosmetic dermatology and gender affirming procedures. In her free time she enjoys traveling, cycling, yoga, and making homemade pasta.
Brittany is Plump’s lead medical aesthetician. Prior to Plump, she had been involved in beauty and hospitality for many years. Brittany specializes in all things skin, ranging from microneedling to laser treatments to help her clients look and feel refreshed.
Diamond joins the Plump team after many years in the hospital system. She allows her patients to feel heard and understood, while giving her professional insight on the best treatment plan. Diamond specializes in all injectable treatments.
Priscilla joins Plump with cosmetic dermatology experience. Previously, she was working in critical care medicine for 6 years. Originally from Texas, Priscilla has a southern charm and specializes in making all of her patients feel comfortable and beautiful
Samantha is a board certified physician assistant. Having worked in internal medicine since 2013, she has a broad range of medical knowledge that she incorporates into her aesthetic practice. She is passionate about enhancing natural beauty and boosting confidence.
Emily is a fellowship trained nurse practitioner injector who joins us after years of hospital experience in GI and Emergency surgery. She is passionate about boosting patients’ confidence by highlighting their natural beauty.
Felisha joins Plump after working in Oncology. Her experience has taught her how to be a patient provider with strong attention to detail. She specializes in enhancing her patients’ natural beauty.
Amy joined Plump as a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering impactful and natural results. With a sole background in dermatology and plastic surgery in New York City since 2018, Amy has extensive experience in the field. She believes inner and outer beauty are interconnected and works closely with each patient to ensure they feel their best inside and out. By providing personalized and individualized care, Amy helps her patients enhance their natural beauty in a way that's authentic to themselves.
Anneka brings 4 years of media strategy experience to Plump. Upon receiving her Master’s at Columbia University, she is equipped to develop Plump’s brand strategy and to enhance customer experience at Plump. She is passionate about fostering client connection and enabling everyone to feel confident in their own skin.

Nick joins the Plump team after many years working in critical care medicine and surgery. He prioritizes patient safety and enhancing his patients’ natural beauty, all while having a good time. He is skillfully trained in all injectable procedures.
Kiki joins the Plump team in 2023 and brings a plethora of knowledge from her previous work experience as an injector at an outside medical spa. She is local to Miami and went o the University of Miami for her training.
Abby studied business at the University of Minnesota and made the move to NYC in 2019 where she discovered Plump as a client. She quickly realized she wanted to be a part of the team. With a background in operations, and passion for all things wellness and beauty, Plump was a natural fit.

Caitlin Fontanez is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a focus on cosmetic dermatology. With a background in hematology oncology spanning 9 years, Caitlin brings a wealth of medical experience and compassion to her current specialization. Over the past two years, she has honed her skills in cosmetic dermatology, specializing in a natural aesthetic approach. Caitlin's passion lies in enhancing and elevating your natural beauty, providing personalized care that reflects her commitment to the well-being and confidence of her clients.
Paige joins Plump with over 4 years experience in the world of aesthetics and is passionate about a natural approach to beauty. After graduating McGill University in Canada, she worked as a surgical nurse before focusing on cosmetics. Paige uses an individualized approach to every client with the goal of them leaving feeling beautiful and confident.
Macy is a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner and joins Plump after working in many facets of medicine including critical care, family medicine and otolaryngology. She loves making her clients feel their best selves to slay the day away
Kaley joins Plump with 5 years of aesthetic experience. While achieving her Bachelors of Science in Nursing, she worked alongside a top 5 Allergan injector in Newport Beach. After moving from California to New York, she practiced dermatology and plastic surgery at the Laser and Skin Surgery center. Kaley prides herself in enhancing beauty through a natural and gradual approach.
